Technical Support: Images
No Flash Video
If you see a [download] icon or "flash video" in word instead of a flash video on your browser, you can download the Adobe Flash Player plugin for your browser.
If you see a blank of the video frame on your browser, you probably use a different version of the flash player plugin in your browser. Try a different browser such as Explorer or Firefox.
No Quicktime Video
If Quicktime video does not appear on your browser immediately, try to activate the video screen by clicking your mouse cursor on the video screen once or twice. Otherwise, if you do not have a Quicktime player on your computer, you might need to download the Quicktime plugin for your browser. Though, Handspeak is currently shifting from Quicktime video to Flash video.
Non-moving GIF Animation
If an animated image looks static or has no image motion on your web browser, it might be blocked by a security program installed on your computer, such as ZoneAlarm, Norton Security and such.
Zone-Alarm: Double click on a firewall program, click on "Privacy", go to "Ad Blocking", click on "Customize". When it says "Ads to Block", UNcheck the box under "Animation" for this site. It might work similar with other firewall programs. This site is mainly an ad-free site.
Microsoft Explorer browsers: See Cookie/Privacy for information.
Miscellanies
Cookie + Privacy
Microsoft Explorer browsers: Click on "Tools" in the menu, select "Internet Options...", select "Privacy" tab, click on "Edit..." button, add "handspeak.com" in the field and click "Allow", click "Ok". It is similar with other web browsers.
